Wilmington Fence Co.
A 30-page local-SEO engine for a coastal service business
Our own lead-generation venture — a deep, schema-rich local-SEO site for the Wilmington, NC fencing market, built with the same playbook we run for clients.

The problem
Local service searches are won on depth and trust: a page that actually answers “fence company in Leland” beats a generic homepage every time. Covering seven services across eleven Cape Fear towns without producing thin doorway pages — and without faking the trust signals a new brand doesn’t have yet — is the hard part.
Our approach
We built a custom static-site generator so every service and town page shares consistent structure, schema, and conversion elements while the content stays genuinely local — soil, salt exposure, HOA and permit specifics per town. Trust signals are strictly honest: no invented reviews or credentials; placeholders stay visibly “coming soon” until the real thing exists.
What we built
- —30-page architecture: 7 service pages, 11 town pages, guides, and a printable hurricane-prep checklist designed to earn local links
- —Structured data throughout — LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, Breadcrumb, and HowTo JSON-LD
- —Conversion-focused quote forms on every page with a sticky mobile action bar
- —Fully static output on Vercel with security headers, canonical redirects, and long-cache assets
