The problem
Fire departments hold critical operational knowledge in people’s heads, paper records, and disconnected systems. Safety training stays generic instead of reflecting the buildings and hazards crews actually face, and the data they collect rarely feeds anything downstream.
Our approach
We designed the product architecture across three complementary products, with data pipelines that normalize field inputs so the same information can drive training, planning, and analytics rather than sitting in a silo.
What we built
- —First Pro Training App — generates micro-scenarios tailored to a department’s own call history, incident reports, and operating guidelines, with progression tracking and an analytics dashboard.
- —Safemark Walkthrough — a public PWA for capturing structured building pre-plans on-site (hazards, utilities, access points, occupancy) and generating planning documents.
- —Safemark Capture — a native iOS app using Apple’s RoomKit and spatial APIs to capture the real geometry of interior spaces.
